Shipping and Returns Shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of the package. We generally ship Italian charms and accessories by Light Packet air mail. If your order exceeds a specific weight and/or size, the package will be shipped Small Packet air mail. All of our heavier packages and larger items will be shipped Expedited Parcel and include insurance and a tracking number. Please note: All package weights are estimated for shipping charges, and therefore the total amount may be higher than our actual shipping costs. If the amount you are charged for shipping is more than $2.00 over actual postage costs, we will refund the difference to your paypal payment.
Shipping Options:
If you would prefer a different method of shipping, please contact us to let us know whether you would like surface shipping, which MAY be slightly cheaper, but is only available on Small Packet shipping... or if you would prefer a faster shipping method, which would involve a higher shipping charge. We will then determine the correct shipping charges for your package. Under these circumstances, we would be happy to send you a Paypal invoice with the adjusted total. International Purchases and Shipping:
We would be happy to ship internationally. Additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us if you are located outside of Canada or the United States, with a list of the items that you would like to purchase, and we will determine the shipping charge for your package. Paypal is the required payment for all orders, and we will gladly send you a Paypal invoice for the adjusted total. Returns:
Please let us know if you have any problems with one of our items. We will replace any item that arrives damaged as long as it is returned within a 10-day period. If we do not have an identical item in stock, we may offer a substitute, or we may offer the item price refunded. We do not refund shipping charges, except under special circumstances. If there is another reason for wishing to return an item, please contact us to determine whether or not we can accept a return on this item. The buyer is responsible for all costs of return shipping, and all items returned must arrive in the same condition in which they were shipped. Please carefully package any item that is being returned.
