! Holiday Schedule for on time Christmas delivery !

Please note: that packages shipped as Small Packet air mail (when shipping charges are $7.00US because of package size) MUST have been shipped BEFORE December 4th, and smaller packages which are shipped Light Packet air mail (in a bubble envelope with a $3.00 shipping fee) MUST be shipped BEFORE December 14th to be sure that they will arrive in time for Christmas gift giving.  Canada Post gives no guarantee of holiday receipt on ANY packages, but suggests that packages shipped after those dates will be unlikely to arrive at their destinatin for Christmas.  We do our best to send off your package within 24 hours of receiving your order, but this does not include weekends or holidays since there is no postal service at these times in Canada.  If ordering from us for the Christmas season, it is important that you ORDER EARLY, please! 

We will no longer accept Money Order payments...

We apologize to our customers, but we are no longer accepting Money Order payments.  Unfortunately, we had to cancel 4 out of the last 5 orders placed that indicated a Money Order payment because those payments never arrived.  When we emailed those customers regarding this matter, they did not reply.  Money Order payments have generally made up much less than 5% of our orders, and therefore holding the ordered items for more than three weeks, then restocking and relisting those items is not something that we will continue to do.  We're very sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause our customers, but this is a step we have been considering for quite some time and that time has now come.  We will continue to accept Paypal payments.  Thank you for your understanding in this regard.

**** International Purchases ****

We are happy to welcome international buyers. However, because of the difference in shipping charges, this site is set up for direct purchases only from Canada and the U.S.

If you are located outside of these two countries and would like to make a purchase from our store, please use the Contact Us button located under Information on the left-hand side of this page. Please list the Model: Item # and the title of the item when emailing, along with your shipping address so that we can calculate shipping charges.

We will contact you with a shipping charge and send a Paypal invoice with your items listed. All purchases from countries other than Canada and the U.S, must be paid for in U.S. funds using Paypal. Thank you and we hope you enjoy browsing our store.

All purchases of our Italian Charms, Shoe Charms and Silver Jewelry will be shipped with a FREE Gift Bag, Gift Box or Gift Pouch. We will choose the color, size and bag, pouch or box that will accompany your purchase. Larger purchases may receive more than one of these FREE bags, boxes or pouches. If you would like to purchase additional bags, boxes or pouches, please check our store inventory to see the various choices available at this time.

Shipping Charge Changes Notice

It has been quite a few years since our shipping charges have been updated, although there have been a number of increases in our shipping costs. Therefore, a short time ago we changed our shipping charges in order to reflect this. We have tried to tie the amount we charge as closely as possible to the costs we incur. However, since multiple purchases are frequently made on a single order, it can easily happen that a customer will be charged more than we deem appropriate. Please be assured that if you are charged more than $2.00 above actual postage costs, we will refund the difference to your paypal account. If you are planning on paying with a money order, we will attempt to contact you with the correct charge before the money order is purchased. If, however, we are unable to reach you beforehand, we will allow you a credit for that amount on your next purchase from us.
